Sales (Support) Engineer

Within GEA RT IS ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, there is a vacancy for a Sales (Support) Engineer.
Your responsibilities
- Translating request of design for offers to customers in a variety of countries (Africa, Asia, etc.)
- Making calculations of offers and specifications
- Making order confirmations and transfer protocols, in consultation with the Sales Manager
- Guiding the process of selling, from the first contact with the customer to the order confirmation
- Guiding the process of project-handover to the execution department
- Maintain contact with customers and visit these customers, in consultation with the Sales and Marketing Management
- Help with standardizing and implementation of calculation methods
- Guiding employees in new local offices and transfer knowledge to them
Your profile
- Bachelor degree (or an equal level by experience) in Engineering, preferably in Refrigeration Technology
- Well experienced in design and calculation of industrial refrigeration installations
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Used to work in an international setting
- Experience with computer systems (windows, office, excel, word)
- Knowledge of English language is compulsory; German preferred
- No problems with traveling on a regular base
