For enforcement of our Inhouse Consulting team within the Department of Corporate Development we are as of now looking for a motivated Inhouse Consultant for our location in Bochum
Your tasks will include:
- Self-dependent management of consulting projects with our internal clients in the GEA Group Holding as well as with its Segments, Business Units and individual companies
- Support of the Post Merger Integration of new acquisitions
- Development of improvement potentials in the sectors of sales, engineering, supply chain management and administration
- Process analysis and redesign
- Repositioning and restructuring of selected entities
- Facilitation and benchmarking of cross-segmental initiatives, especially in the food and energy industry
- Hands-on support of proposed measures and implementation follow up
Your profile:
- Good degree in industrial engineering with good economic knowledge or business economics incorporating good technical skills
- Several years of work experience
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Unsupervised, structured and conceptual style of work
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to travel abroad
