For students (m/w) with a focus on Engineering, Agricultural Sciences and Business Management we are offering an

International Internship in 2012

The basis of the internship is a international project which we would define together with you depending on your personal focus and competences and the needs of our company. The time frame would be about six months. The first part of the internship is situated in our company headquarter in Boenen/North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany, the second part would be located in one of our subsidiaries worldwide, e.g. USA, Canada, China or France, depending on the requirements of the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Definition of the project plan, resources, risks, milestones and targets in coordination with your Company Mentor
• Get to know the relevant persons, our company culture and our global way of working
• Constant controlling of the project status (degree of target achievment and use of resources) and intermediate presentation of the status quo
• Final presentation of the project results and the personal experiences

Qualifications

• Studying in the field of Engineering, Agricultural Sciences or Business Management
• International and intercultural experiences (semester abroad, internships, etc.)
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing); other languages preferable
• Experiences in the Farm Business preferable
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
