No office, no conference room, no production site. It could have been an indoor ski center, a petrochemical factory, a gas tanker or a zoo. Michael Schindler, Director Human Resources at GEA Refrigeration Technologies GmbH, invited me to a supermarket and used the example of food to give me an impression of the markets of the GEA RT segment (GEA Refrigeration Technologies). It was an appetizing excursion into the world of refrigeration technology. And it provided me with more evidence of the secret behind the success of GEA.
